Go For Your Goals

I picked up this two-tape series mostly on a whim and because I wanted something to play in the car that would help me remember my goals.

It's turned out to be an invaluable tool - it's helped me refine my goals so they are more effective with specific tips like:

  • include the people who will support you

  • don't do anything for free or for pay that doesn't support your goals.

Michael Podolinsky, the creator of the set, has a nice, forgiving style. He makes goal setting and working with goals workable for everyone.

There's even a small guide book that comes along with the tapes. It is a brief overview of the important points and works well when I'm actually working on goal setting. I can refer to the booklet without listening to the tape.

This one gets 4 Coffee cups from me.
