It's All God

This book first came into my life probably three years ago. I was drawn to the title because it matches what I believe - that everything is an expression of God.

I'm now reading it for the third time! Like so many books, it seems to change and edit itself over time. Of course, I realize that change is a reflection of changes in me.

It's not an easy book to read, but it's broken into short bites making it possible to tackle a bit at a time.

For example, this morning Starke talks about why it's so hard to change, and refers to the idea that those things we think about constantly actually create physical groves in our brains.

He also illuminates the problems with duality and gives some reasonable strategies to eliminate the kind of black and white thinking that limits our conscious contact with God.

It's All God is a book worth reading again and again. Try it and see if you don't agree.
