Reaching for Heaven

I'm recommending this book because it's got such a wonderful, short section (less than 10 pages) on meditation. It's simple, accessible and it works - I know because I'm using most of his suggestions now.

The bulk of the book is about Van Praagh as a medium - he contacts spirits for people and, apparently, it works for many. I've never particularly wanted to talk with anyone who has passed on, so I simply don't know what to say about this - it's interesting, but... well, you try it and see what you think.
