Billed as
"Discovering the 'New Autobiography'" this is a big book - big
in size... over 350 large pages and big in concept.
Our stories are
important! And they are revealing as well. Rainer, who also wrote
The
New Diary, understands how to help us see the importance of our
story, and how to tell it in a way that reveals its (usually) hidden
messages.
This book is a
must-have if you're at all into journaling. But I think it's a must for
those of us who don't journal regularly as well.
Finding out how to
write about ourselves is empowering; it helps put our lives in
perspective as we gather up the bits and pieces into one form or
another.
Fortunately, you don't
have to 'do' this book all at once... it can sit on the shelf for months
at a time, ready when you're primed to dip into it, and yourself, again.
